 FAQs

  • Signing up for remote coaching is similar to booking an in-person appointment. The initial visit can be online or in-person. During this appointment Dr. Lee will have you move through different movements to see your current movement patterns and get a greater understanding of what exercises will be needed to help you recover and reach your fullest potential.

  • Our remote coaching starts on a monthly basis with a 2 month minimum. This allows us to see physical changes in your movement patterns and pain. After the first 2 months you have the option to continue on with a month to month basis.

  • After our initial appointment you will receive programming through TrueCoach. This program will include your specific movement prep and accessory work that was determined off of our initial visit. This is meant to do in addition of your normal training/workout routine.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
