A Movement Prep block (your warm-up) and accessory work programmed alongside your existing training. Your main lifts and conditioning stay yours. The amount is based on what you can commit to - there’s no “set standard” here!

Direct access to me through our app for video review and weekly check-ins. Programming written one week at a time based on the previous week's feedback. Not a 12-week PDF that I just assign you.

How it starts:

Fill out the inquiry form above. I’ll review the submission and reach out within 48 hours to schedule a 40 to 60 minute virtual intake.

We talk through what hurts and what's limited, we’ll review your range of motion and limitations, and the first few days of programming hit the app shortly after.

Week 1 is assessment-based so I can learn your body. From there, I write roughly a few days/one week ahead at a time, adjusting based on your feedback and progress.
